I had to reconnect my amp to my receiver but neglected to label the last 3 connections. Rich was able to walk me through it over the phone in just a few minutes. He is knowledgeable and a true professional. I highly recommend him!

"Rich saved the day for me! I called him, and he was over within a half-hour and repaired my TV. Reasonably priced; honest. Highly recommend!"

"Buying a television is becoming more complicated as technology evolves. We had Rich come over to see our room setup and help us determine features that are important to us and then he went out and chose a set for us.He delivered, installed it and went over the instructions.Rich is a pro, he's honest and a gentleman and we are most happy with his advice and service."
